When I bought our .....5 years ago..... we purchase a cover from Velas......within a few months it had to be altered to accommodate changes...which Velas carried out without further charge. Five years later the cover suffered some damage arising from high winds.....I returned the cover by road asking for a repair. Not only...offer to work on the spot to save me another 50m return journey, but when I returned 45 min. later- to find 2 neat patches.......He flatly refused to accept any form of payment......Now that's what I consider to be after-sales service!
